Yesterday vanished completely
into a drifting journey
memory once micro-observed
the finite dawn of this world
life, like foam, bitterly seeking
a vague shore without a single tether
once wild imagination roamed
the vast freedom of the cosmos
dawn then, obliquely, sketched
our lonely, abstract sea
Will tomorrow arrive
only to rush past
a windless romance in pursuit
just to glimpse the sky’s
emptiness, suddenly understood
consciousness breathing
a dim, unheard-of chaos of reality
even if we stumble upon
a game’s mystery, half real, half illusion
in dreams we still linger
within the just-now
not yet gone
